Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY FOR SUNGLASSGALLERYDIRECT WEBSITE 

You may cancel your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not have to give us any reason for canceling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

We will be happy to give you a one off exchange or refund provided you:

  • Have notified us in writing or by email within 7 days.
  • You return the product to us at your expense.
  • You return it to us in the original condition, unmarked and complete with all stickers and packaging.
  • Gift Returns - if you return a gift please note the refund will be made to the original card Purchaser.

To receive a refund please:

  • Follow the Returns Procedure below
  • Complete the blank Returns Form below and email it to us
  • Print the completed Returns Form and include it with your returned goods

Include a copy of your original receipt

Returns Procedure

Please fill in our online returns form (found here). A copy of this form should be printed and included in your return package.

We require that you submit this form before returning goods to enable us to keep track of your return.

  • Returns are at the buyers risk unless goods are defective on delivery.
  • Please return the item in the same condition as received, together with all packaging, labels, cleaning cloth and case etc.
  • Please fill in the Returns Form and enclose it together with a copy of your original receipt and return it to us as soon as possible.
  • Please make sure you include your name and address
  • Seal the box using shipping tape making sure all other labels are removed.
  • When returning items you are strongly recommended to send the package to us via Special Delivery making sure it is carefully packed, as we will not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged by return delivery.
  • We reserve the right to apply the replacement cost to any products received that are damaged as a result of bad packaging.
  • We will credit your account once the product has been received by us and has been checked to ensure the returns policy has been followed (see Terms and Conditions).
  • PLEASE NOTE THE GOODS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE WHEN RECEIVED.

If the product is subject to any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer against faulty materials or poor workmanship and is within the period of the guarantee, we will return them at our cost for repair or replacement by the manufacturer.

Please ensure that before returning goods under guarantee that:

  • The product has been used in an appropriate way.
  • We will be satisfied that such defects exist and have not been caused by neglect, misuse or accidental damage, improper storing, handling or attempted repairs or alterations improperly done.
